Our Rates

We offer comprehensive, professional IT solutions and services for reasonable rates. For more details regarding one of our services, please click on a link below. All hourly rates are billed to the nearest 30 minute interval and all prices are subject to change without notice. All services have a one hour minimum requirement, except for projects or otherwise noted. We have often been able to accomplish a lot in less time than many other firms, which saves our clients money. For project-based work, we would be happy to submit a proposal, which would estimate the amount of a project. We also offer managed services agreements which provide numerous benefits and lock in a flat, discounted rate for most of our services.

*The applicable rate is determined based upon complexity. We also offer annual IT consulting agreements.
**We charge a minimum $30 trip fee for home and on-premise business locations (non-agreement based). For locations requiring overnight travel, we charge for our expenses as well. If clients require us to pickup and drop off their system(s), a $60 round-trip fee applies. To avoid this trip fee, we offer clients the options of remote support as well as self dropoff and pickup. Certain types of issues, however, require on-premise work.
