Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-4:30PM current US Central Time (CST/CDT). We are closed on all major US holidays.
After-Hours and Emergency Services (non-MSA Clients only)
Emergency services and after-hours appointments are available, depending upon availability. We classify emergencies as times when we are asked to provide services immediately, with less than a 2 hour notice. We reserve the right to decline any after-hours or emergency work for our non-MSA clients.
The following surcharges were implemented in June of 2010 in an attempt to preserve the family time of our associates:
- MSA (Managed Service Agreement) Clients: prioritized scheduling with NO surcharges.
- Non-MSA Clients: non-prioritized scheduling with the following surcharges:
- After-Hours Service Surcharge: $50
- Emergency Service Surcharge: $75
