Managed Service Agreements
Our annual agreements for IT Consulting Support (not including Custom Development) offer the following benefits:
- Discounted hourly rates– the more hours agreed upon, the lower the rate.
- Locked in rates for 1 year, with no local travel charges, no after-hours surcharges, and no emergency surcharges.
- Priority scheduling: when scheduling conflicts arise, we prioritize our customers who have annual agreements as much as possible.
- Flat hourly rate regardless of complexity. This flat rate locks in all of our services (excluding Hosted Applications setup and rental) at 1 low rate.
- Monthly, scheduled maintenance designed to keep your systems running properly. We have a great track record of spotting pending issues and fixing them before they escalate.
- Remote support (email, phone, remote connections, etc...).
- Interaction with vendors, employees, etc... regarding IT needs or concerns (including meetings, conference calls, consultations, etc...).
- Prioritized-scheduling with no after-hours or emergency surcharges.
- Monthly billing.
